Premiers Reading Challenge will be starting on the 26  February and ending the 23 August. Students in Kinder, Year 1 and Year 2 are completing the challenge as a whole class. The teachers will read the 30 books required to complete the challenge in classroom.

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 will complete the challenge independently. They have a total of 20 books to read.

These classes will have books loaned to them in the classroom, and the students may choose to read in their silent reading time or borrow books from the library. Each student will be given their passwords and reading log sheet. They will be able to add the books onto the website as they read them.

Most students are skilled in this, but if your child needs assistance I an happy to help them in the library. Please encourage your child to participate, as it is an excellent way for students to build on their reading skills.
