On Tuesday 13 February, our school captains Leena and Joey accompanied Mr Mattas and myself to the Diocesan Project Compassion launch held at John Therry Catholic College Rosemeadow. Our captains represented our school with distinction, being called upon by the Bishop to receive a Project Compassion box to take back to our school. We viewed some videos of individuals and families doing it tough around the world and the difference even a small amount of money can make to their lives.

The Bishop reminded all of us of the need for prayer, fasting and almsgiving over the lenten period. Joey and Leena will provide more information to the students of the school.
