DISABILITY TRUST
The Disability Trust has recently collaborated with the University of Wollongong regarding an internship for young adults aged 17-30 with NDIS funding. This collaboration represents a meaningful opportunity to deepen community impact by supporting young people with disability to develop career skills, gain confidence, and grow into fulfilling employment pathways.
This program is designed to provide young adults with a pathway to open employment through real-world work experience, hands-on training, work-based coaching, and personalized support. Interns will gain practical experience in various business roles, with support from a host lead and support workers whilst on site.
