PRINCIPALS MESSAGE

We thank you Lord, for this term.
For the challenges, the successes,
and the mistakes from which we have learnt.
Be with us as we spend our time with family and friends.
Give us strength and courage to do what is right; to be witnesses of our faith.
Help us to be a practical Christian these holidays, to appreciate what others do for us,
to give time and effort to help others,
to be peacemakers in our family.
Keep us safe in our activities; give us good rest and good fun.
Bring us back refreshed and ready for a new term.
We thank you for our classmates, teachers, parents and a community that cares for us.
May we always be conscious of you in our lives.

Amen

Dear Parents

Term 4 COMPASS

We will be moving to Compass and no longer using skoolbag for any messages etc. Please read below:

The Compass News Feed appears on the Home page for all users (staff, students and parents), and is a great way for the school to communicate with you as parents.

News Feed items like Skoolbag items can be customised for different parent groups. The most recent News Items sit at the top of the News Feed and they are moved down the feed as other posts are created. A News Item remains on the News Feed until the set expiry date.

News Feed items will be sent via a push notifications to iPhones, iPads and Android devices, with the Compass App installed. Only individuals who have installed the iOS or Android 'Compass School Manager' native application and who have allowed notifications will receive these Push Notifications. Android users can download the 'Compass School Manager' app on Google Play and iPhone and iPad users can download the app from the App Store.

When you receive an email or push notification advising you of a News Item, you can click the 'View News Item' button within your notification to view the item without requiring to login to the Compass portal.

If you have time please feel free to visit our unique space – The Living Classroom.

Grandparents Day

Thankyou to you all for making today so special. I'm sure we had the best turnout this year. Thank you to our Year 3 and 4 parents for providing morning tea, to our staff and students for presenting and especially to our grandparents for coming far and wide to make this day such a wonderful annual event.

"Grandparents are the footsteps to the future generations." ..

Term 4

School Resumes for Term 4 on 14 October. Children are to wear their summer uniform.

Peace and best wishes
