PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Parent/Carer
What a Wonderful Week it has been full of Book Week cheer. Thank you for your effort in organising the Book Week costumes with and for your children. They have looked wonderful and the children have proudly paraded through each class each morning. It has indeed been an exciting way to start each day. There are lot and lots of photos of the children dressed in their Book Week Costumes uploaded on the school Facebook Page for you to view.
Thank you to Mrs Bowater who has been involved from afar for sending in videos of her book readings for the children to enjoy.
Thank you also to our wonderful Mrs Carey and Mrs Plataniotis who have been responsible for all of the behind the scenes work leading up to and throughout this week to ensure this Book Week has been the extraordinary success that it has. Hip hip hooray!
Morning Prayer
Our morning prayer routine has changed.
As of this Term we begin each week with reciting our School Prayer on Monday. From Tuesday to Friday however our morning prayers have changed.
On Tuesday Morning we pray the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. On Wednesday morning we pray the Prayer of St Patrick. On Thursday Morning we pray to St Mary of the Cross MacKillop and on Friday we pray for Mother Margherita (The Foundress of the Franciscan Sisters of the Heart Of Jesus).

Playground Affirmation Awards
During this Term each and every student who receives a Playground Affirmation Award will fortunately share in the weekly Lucky Dip draw. Normally, just the one student whose award is drawn from the container is the lucky one however we are able to acknowledge every student with a Lucky Dip using the prizes that were donated by you for the Great Fete.
Monster Raffle Extravaganza -Exciting News
Our Monster raffle Extravaganza will be launched in November. Thank you to the parents who have been working towards this exciting event. Wait to you learn how many prizes there are. I’ll bet you will never guess!
Staff Wellbeing Professional Learning Day
Next Friday, October 30, is a day dedicated to staff wellbeing.
Students are Not required to attend school on this day.
Staff will be engaging in professional learning in order to improve their wellbeing.
