Pastoral Support Update.

As you would be aware the school community is raising money for Project Compassion during this season of Lent. The Card making group has decided that it would be a great idea to sell some of the cards that they have made to raise some more money which will be donated to Project Compassion.

During Week 10 on Tuesday, the Cardmaking group will sell the cards for $1 each. So far over 60 cards have been created and over the coming weeks some more will be made. Some of the latest cards are pictured below.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Season’s for Growth program. This program helps students to discover that change is a part of life and provides them with tools to manage their feelings, to problem solve and to communicate. Changes include but are not limited to a death in the family, divorce or separation, family members working away and coming to a new school.  At this point I am looking for expressions of interest from parents. If we have enough numbers, I will let you know when we will be running the program this year.
