PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Parents

Gracious God , bless fathers and all father figures with such love and faithfulness that children flourish and grow in uprightness and joy. Bless those who long to be fathers and for those whom find this day difficult.

Strengthen all dads by your love that they may become the loving caring persons they are meant to be,

Please remember also Lord those special fathers in our lives who have gone before us but live in our memories each day.

Grant this through Christ Our Lord

Amen

Assembly

I hope you enjoyed our first assembly and the introduction again of awards. Please check your child/ren’s Seesaw and Google Classroom to see who received this week’s awards.

Term 4

I hope that you, your families, and communities are all keeping safe and well. By now all families would have heard the news from the NSW Government and Catholic Education, Diocese of Wollongong that schools will be returning to face to face learning from Kinder to Yr 12 in Term 4.

St Patrick’s has a strong community spirit and I think this is an important step in moving forward. We hope we are maintaining a personal connection with all our families through the phone calls made by all members of staff. I look forward to the day we can all be together.

COVID 19

Some of you are probably aware of an outbreak of COVID 19 at a nearby school. I have included the media release that was sent out by the Catholic Education Office today.

Thank you once again everyone for your support and commitment to remote learning.  Once again, I am appreciative of those families who notify me of their work status and therefore must send their children to school. Please continue to do so, I urge you to consider the situation at hand and as much as possible are able to keep your child/ren at home.

Take care everyone!

Mrs Anne Duggan - Principal
