Dear Parents and Students
Can I please ask that you search your home for home reader books as we have a number of them missing. Year 5 and 6 also have literacy circle readers to return as soon as possible please.

Congratulations to Year 6 who have taken out the title of Library Class of the Year. They were rewarded with a Christmas Movie afternoon in the library with popcorn and drink on Monday. The movie they chose was 'Jingle all the Way'.

Over the past week I have been presenting the students their Premier's Reading Challenge certificates. Congratulations to you all for your wonderful reading. A special mention to Aaron Pasztor for receiving a gold award. Aaron has completed the challenge for a total of four years. There are many students that will receive a gold award next year if they choose to participate next year for their fourth year. I will inform the students next year if this applies to them.
