National Simultaneous Storytime was a huge hit as we joined millions of children around the country in being part of this event . Thank you to our special guest presenters Dorothy and Toto (a.k.a Mrs Bowater and furry friend) who read the book 'Family Tree' to the children and brought joy to everyone young and old. Mrs Bowater always sprinkles a little bit of magic whenever she visits our school.

It seems we have some very artistic children at our school. Gabriel Hill from Year 2 brought into the library a beautiful tracing of a kookaburra. Gabriel borrowed the book Kookaburra from our library and it inspired him to create this beautiful drawing. It will be put up in the library and it may inspire some more artists.
